FOOD LABELING: UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU EAT
This 16mm film shows how food labels can be used to determine nutritional value,
relative amounts of ingredients, preservatives, additives, and calories
per serving. Comes on plastic reel, in plastic can with attached guide. Color; 10 minutes, Gilbert Altschul Productions/Journal Films, 1979(?). While the film has not been viewed in its entirety, a brief inspection indicated one badly-repaired splice (clear tape), significant red in color, and multiple fine lines, so it is being sold AS IS.
We are constantly acquiring films from high-quality media archive centers, so be sure to check back regularly for more great finds!
